Here is what went down on that dizzle ("day" in hip-hop slang): Here I am , enthralled by the incredible scenery, and I see a rather noticeable man walking to my right. He looks like quite the cool cat, so I decide to greet him: "What's up, man?" He stopped, twisted his head to the side a bit and retorted, "Sup man." I thought, "Sup man?" --that's not Israeli talk. And then I noticed his face...where was that image from...I turned, hesitated a bit, and half-belted out, "Excuse me, aren't you on TV?" So clique, but it's not like I could take it back.
A rather large grin burst forth and he responded, "Yep." "You're from The Office! No Way!" I yelped out like a school-girl receiving a lollipop. It is true, I met Craig who plays "Darryl" the warehouse manager on "The Office." I had just watched an episode in which this guy played a major role--incredible. Here is the picture to prove it...each your heart out Alex Nielsen.

Wow Jordan...this view is spectacular! When I double click, I can really see the view! I'm assuming thats the Dead Sea behind you? I'm impressed that you recognized someone from a TV show all the way out there! (I've never really watched that show, but now I will have to try and see Darryl on one of them.) Thanks for the pics..we love seeing you! I love you and miss you so much!
Dude man, that is awesome. You should have tried to exchange numbers or ask him out to eat or something. Do you know why he was there? Is he a Christian? Miss you man.
Shane
I love the view. I like your head covering.I was going to ask the same thing about Craig as Shane did. That is unbelievable!!!
How did it feel to swim (I mean float) in the Dead Sea?
I love you so much, Buddy!!!
Hey my great family. I'm not sure why good ole Craig was there...not sure if he is indeed a Christian or not. I did not really want to bother him that much...just a picture and a laugh. You know, I think that whole Larry Bird speeding away in the car thing (in Indiana...you remember, right?) really ingrained within me a tendency to leave famous people alone...oh well! Love you guys.
While I'm at it...speaking of famous people (well, kind of): One of the guys who is also a tour guide here (has been for 3 years) was actually in that movie called "The Nativity." He plays a Jewish Rabbi, but he was there originally on the set as the "consultant" type of person for 1st-Century living. Pretty Cool, huh? Actually, I have a picture of him on this blog: he is the one on the bus smiling as I took a picture of him between the seats.
